Cerridwen will be graduating from Saint Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies and Political Science in May 2021. While at SMU, Cerridwen worked as a Research Assistant in the Modern Languages department and was also a founding team member and Communications Chair for the East Coast International Development Summit, an interdisciplinary conference about contemporary development issues. Cerridwen is passionate about raising social awareness and supporting those affected by conflict and other emergencies. 
 
Before attending university, Cerridwen took time to explore by working and volunteering in different parts of the world. She is a CELTA certified English teacher and taught at a kindergarten in China for a year. Cerridwen is also currently a member of the Global Shapers Halifax Hub.
