Jessica Dee Humphreys has worked closely with the Dallaire Institute’s founder General Romeo Dallaire for over 15 years, co-authoring his books and serving as executive director of his personal company.  She joined the Dallaire Institute as Senior Advisor (Advocacy and Communications) and Founder Liaison in January of 2021.  She began her career at the United Nations headquarters in New York, after graduating with a Master’s Degree from Queen’s University in Canada.  Jessica is also a newspaper columnist and author of non-fiction books for both children and adults, specializing in international humanitarian and children’s issues, especially human rights, gender, peace, and security.
