Saeed is a Program Design, Evaluation & Quality professional with a knack for providing high quality technical leadership to an integrated programming portfolio, including training and capacity building projects. He has three University Degrees, including Master of Sustainable Development from Macquarie University Australia and Master of Peace, Conflict and Development from University of Bradford UK and 13 years of global non-profit sector leadership and management experience in the field of peacebuilding, child protection (including prevention programming), child rights governance and humanitarian-development-peace nexus. Before joining the Dallaire Institute, Saeed served in different global organisations in South Asia, East Africa, Australia and Turkey and gained hands on experience in designing and implementing adult learning approaches and minimum quality learning standards, capturing, analysing and interpreting high quality training data, designing capacity building tools, managing high-performing, multi-sectoral teams and providing compelling ideas to win business and measuring / showcasing impact. Saeed also brings with him significant experience of designing and implementing Results Based Management (RBM) system, inclusive of designing logic models and performance measurement frameworks for range of child protection related capacity building initiatives and leading strategic planning processes.
