Arsene Tshidimu
Arsene Mukendi Tshidimu is a Finance professional with years of experience in corporate accounting, public and private finance, project management, budgeting, strategic proposals, forensic audit, econometric studies and government relations.
He has the experience and ability to lead diverse projects in a variety of highly competitive, dynamic, complex industries and fast-paced environments. In previous engagements as Finance Project Lead, he worked to ensure that company strategic objectives are clearly translated into meaningful framework of metrics to effectively manage and measure the achievement of the company’s strategy and financial aspiration.
At the Dallaire Institute, He is the Country Representative/Director in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Mozambique (Acting), responsible for mapping, forging, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in both countries to enable the successful implementation of project goals. As a Country Representative/Director, he advises on the strategic access and engagement of security sector actors (including state and non-state armed groups), NGOs, international development agencies and governments. He facilitates introductions between the Dallaire Institute staff and key contacts.
He is also currently serving as the Demarais-Dallaire Dirigeant by effectively engaging with a variety of critical stakeholders and playing a significant role in advancing the children, peace and security agenda on a global stage, especially with French audiences, through public presentations, media and conference contributions.
