Francois Bisengimana is joining the Dallaire Institute for Children, Peace and Security with an overall experience of 14 years in the Child Protection and Child Rights Governance programming arena after serving on strategic positions in various organizations including Right To Play International Rwanda, Save the Children International Rwanda-Burundi, the Rwandan Ministry of Local Government and the Rwandan National Commission for Children.

With a vast exposure to the design and management of multi-year, multi-donor and multi-stakeholder Child Protection and Child Rights Governance projects both in Development and Humanitarian contexts, Francois has provided sound programmatic and financial oversight of the projects while coordinating donor reporting, building and maintaining strong relations with the Government, UN agencies and local Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). Francois is holding an MBA in International Business from Amity University Noida, a Bachelor of Science with Education from the University of Rwanda and a Project DPro Certificate from PM4NGOs.
