Mr. John Kon Kelei is the current Country Representative for Dallaire Institute in South Sudan. He was General Manager of the South Sudan Pensions Fund prior to his appointment as Country Representative. He holds Masters (LL.M) and a Bachelor’s (LL.B) Degree of Laws in International & European Law from Radboud University, the Netherlands. Mr. Kelei held the following managerial positions prior to his appointment as General Manager of SSPF: Public Relations and Legal Affairs Manager at Niletel Communication and Director for Legal Affairs at National Communication Authority (NCA), Executive Director in the Office of the Minister of Information, Telecommunications Technology & Postal Service, Lecturer at School of Law, University of Juba, Lecturer at Faculty of Law, Dr. John Gararng Memorial University of Science and Technology in Bor. Mr. John Kon Kelei is the founder of Cuey Machar Secondary School Foundation, a foundation that has built and operates a secondary school in Bor, South Sudan. He is the Compiler of the Compendium of South Sudan Laws, Gak Law Firm 1st Edition, 2012 and Co-author of Customer Justice: Application of Customary Law in Bench and Statutory Courts in Bor, J.D. Mach Awan, LL.M & J.K. Kelei, LL.M, 2011 and author of the Introduction to South Sudan Law, Gak Law Firm, 1st Edition, 2016 and Labour Law, Gak Law Firm 1st Edition, 2020.
